Many of the Libraries' resources are available online, 24/7! However, most of the databases, electronic journals, streaming media, and e-books are restricted to current UW or Cascadia faculty, students and staff, using a properly affiliated UW NetID. Electronic Reserves, Canvas, Panopto, and the Group Study Room Reservation system are also accessed with this credential. Temporary or Sponsored NetID's, as well as UW or Cascadia Alumni, Retirees, or former employees will not have the same access.
The most common issue students have accessing restricted online resources is using a browser with expired cache information. Clearing your entire cache, including all cookies and site data, will typically resolve most authentication issues. If you continue to have issues accessing resources, please see the links below for additional troubleshooting information, or call the Campus Library's Computing Help Desk at 425.352.3145 during all the hours the Library is open.
