What's in this guide

Welcome to the Campus Library!

The STAR (Strategies and Tools for Academic Research) Project will introduce you to information services and resources available to you as a UW Bothell student. This guide provides links to the most useful databases and resources for completing your project. Use the links on the left to navigate through this guide. 

Find books and articles on your group topic using the Research link up in the left corner of this guide. Course-specific resources (including ebooks) can be found by hovering over the arrow next to Research. Find information about how to cite your sources on the Citing Sources page. 

The STAR Project worksheet will be completed in CanvasThe steps you will take to complete the STAR Project include:

  1. Watching a brief instructional video (embedded below) introducing "young Haley" to the wonders of the Campus Library. This is also linked from the Canvas module.
     
  2. Fill out the required survey (link in same box as video) about the instructional video. This is also linked from the Canvas worksheet. 
     
  3. Complete your STAR Project worksheet in Canvas.

Required: After you view the video below, take the STAR Project 2017 Video Survey. Remember to record your survey confirmation code on your STAR Project Worksheet as proof that you have completed this portion of your assignment.
