"My Library" Layout - Web Version

The web version of the Mendeley library page has two panels representing different levels of information about your references.
  • The Left Sidebar Panel shows your Mendeley library and named collections, as well as your Mendeley "Groups", "Trash", "Filters" and "Tags" .
  • The Main Panel lists items contained within the library or collection that you select in the Left Sidebar Panel. Information about each item is can be found in the individual entry for that document.
  • The Menu at the top of the page allows you to perform operations in your library.

 

"Papers" Layout - Web Version Only

The Mendeley "Papers" window has two panels representing different levels of information about Mendeley's catalog of reference papers.
  • The Main Panel lists papers contained within the Mendeley crowd-source research catalog of papers. You can select a category of literature from the Right Sidebar Panel.
  • The Right Sidebar Panel allows you to search for papers by discipline or by the top ten publication outlets accessed by Mendeley users.

 

"Groups" Layout - Web Version

The Mendeley "Groups" window has two panels representing different levels of information about Mendeley groups.
  • The Main Panel lists either your Groups, or the Mendeley Groups contained within the discipline that you select in the Right Sidebar Panel.
  • The Right Sidebar Panel allows you to search for Mendeley Groups by academic discipline.

 

"People" Layout - Web Version Only

The Mendeley "People" pages allow you to keep track of your Mendeley contacts, find people who use Mendeley and invite people to become contacts in Mendeley.

 

  • In addition to helping you find your current contacts who use Mendeley, the "Find contacts" page offers suggestions of Mendeley users who might share your research interests.
