Find your favorite library space

Need absolute quiet for reading? Prefer bustling social spaces for getting work done? There are over a dozen Libraries across campus, and they're all available for you to use, whether you need a place to read, meet with colleagues, or use technology.  Here are two suggestions:

Engineering Library

The UW Engineering Library is the closest Library to the College of Engineering buildings. There are four floors of group and individual study space, computer workstations, scanners, whiteboards, and books, journals and technical reports.

Talk. Share. Connect. Research. The Research Commons

The Research Commons, located on the ground floor of Allen Library South, provides a collaborative environment in which students and faculty can come together to share and discuss research, as well as get support for all steps of the research process: searching, writing, publishing, funding.  It is a place for workshop and presentation opportunities, and a place to discover what your peers and colleagues are researching.  Check the Research Commons website for hours, upcoming events, and more.
