Information Management Tools are software products that help you organize, annotate, and share your collection of citations as well as automatically format your bibliographies or references in papers. They are also called citation or reference managers. Most of them will let you add PDFs (or links to PDFs) as well as images, audio and video files as well as annotate your sources.
