Several commercial online legal research databases provide authorized users with individual IDs and passwords. This guide describes how to access to Westlaw, Bloomberg Law, and Lexis Advance.
How do I access these databases?
Access to Westlaw, Bloomberg Law, and Lexis Advance is restricted to the following:
UW Law students, faculty, staff, and librarians
UW graduate students enrolled in law librarianship classes
UW students who are enrolled in a course that is cross-listed in the School of Law (when the instructor determines that access is necessary)
If you fall under one of the categories listed above and would like to gain access to the databases or are having problems accessing a database, please contact the Gallagher Law Library at firstname.lastname@example.org.
