Discover Dance records

Organization promoting dance in Seattle, Washington. In November 1971, the organization was incorporated as the City of Seattle Dance Advisory Council, a non-profit organization. In September 1983, its name changed to Discover Dance. The purpose of the organization was to provide support for dance as cultural enrichment, to offer recreational dance classes, and to present a series of dance performances.

University of Washington World Series records

The UW World Series at Meany Hall presents performances of internationally-acclaimed artists in music, theater and dance, as well as award-winning educational programs. The World Series performances introduce nearly 50,000 audience members each year to a wide range of diverse cultures.
