Get computing help using Campus Library resources

During the Library's COVID19-related building closure, please use the AskUs service to ask computing help questions.  You may also leave a voicemail at the phone number below, and we will respond within 2 business days.

The Library's Computing Help desk is a student-staffed, technology-focused service point on the first floor of the UWB/CC Campus Library.  The Student Technology Consultants staffing the Library's Computing Help desk are available to answer questions about access to library resources during all the hours the library is open. They also circulate laptops and provide technical assistance to users of the libraries computers and fee-for-print printing system.

This guide provides links to information about the use of technology resources in Library spaces.  Use the tabs to navigate through the pages of this guide.  If you have any questions about the information in this guide, or are still having issues connecting to Library resources, call the Campus Library's Computing Help desk at (425) 352-3145 during all the hours the Library is open.
