Taiwan Citation Index - Humanities and Social Sciences (TCI-HSS) is coordinated and built up by National Central Library, Department of Humanities and Social Sciences, Ministry of Science and Technology and Science & Technology Policy Research and Information Center (STPI). The main object is to establish a comprehensive index platform for academic researchers and public users in the cross discipline of the Humanity and Social Science in Taiwan.

Guide to Periodicals Published in R.O.C.
This system was established in 1996 to provide an overview of China's periodical publications, promote the dissemination of information in domestic journals, and enhance the use of journal resources.It is mainly based on periodicals, newspapers and communiques published in Taiwan, academic journals published in the Hong Kong and Macao regions, and some important newspapers and periodicals published in China before 1945.
Index Chinese Culture Studies 1946~1979
This database is based on the "Chinese Culture Research Papers Catalogue" jointly edited by the Chinese Culture Renaissance Movement Promotion Committee and the National Central Library. The NCL has established this system and provided the information mainly based on journals, newspapers, collections of papers, dissertations published in Taiwan since 1949 to 1979. It has also collected some overseas published journals and collections during the same period, and also collected journals, newspapers, and essays published in Taiwan since 1945 to 1948.

National Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations in Taiwan
“NDLTD-Taiwan“ is the only system that has consistently collected theses and dissertations of colleges and universities in Taiwan from 1956 to the present, covering the disciplines of the sciences, engineering, agriculture, medicine, the humanities and social sciences and continues to promote the concept of free access to unauthorized materials.

The system collects the posters of music performances, dramas, paintings, sculptures and other art performances or posters for exhibitions held in various places in Taiwan; arts and cultural seminars, presentations, educational seminars and other academic promotion activities as well as local cultural seasons, industrial seasons, and art seasons, etc.
The Selected Websites of Taiwan Academic Internet Resources
The database contains Internet resources pertinent to Taiwan studies from every possible domain. It is an Internet resources guide for Taiwan academic researchers and general public for academic and research purposes. The content is mainly Chinese websites and with the addition of related websites from other languages.
Taiwan eBook Database
The database will ensure that these publications in libraries throughout Taiwan can be shared with the world in digital format and even become an important hub for Taiwan studies internationally. It can effect increased research on Taiwan abroad, promote scholarly exchange, and widen the academic influence of Taiwan studies.
Web Archive Taiwan
Based on the position of resource conservation and assisting in academic research, the NCL, with reference to the successful cases of libraries in countries such as Australia, the United Kingdom, and the U.S., began to establish the system in 2007. The system periodically retrieve content from selected websites and create individual versions.
