Critical Legal Studies

In honor of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Week at UW Law, Gallagher Law Library staff highlights books related to Critical Legal Studies.

Our Commitment

This represents only a sampling of the resources available in the Gallagher and UW Libraries collections.  Marginalized voices often face significant barriers to publication and, as a result, are often underrepresented in library collections.  Gallagher Law Library is committed to maintaining a collection that is inclusive of diverse perspectives.  If you are interested in additional resources on these topics or have a specific resource not listed in this guide that you would like to access, please feel free to talk to a librarian or email library staff at lawref@uw.edu.
