Think tanks are institutions that generate public policy research and analysis. They can be affiliated with governments, advocacy groups, universities, businesses and other organizations. Their purpose is to influence and inform public opinion and policymakers. Most in the US are nonpartisan though many do have an ideological perspective. The UW Libraries has a huge print book collection. You can request these books by clicking on the links, log in using your UW NetID and password, and then use the request button. If they are checked out, the current borrower will get 2 weeks to finish using the book and return it. When books are available, you will be notified to pick them up using our our contactless curbside pickup.
