Charles Peterson

Charles Peterson was with The Rocket from 1986 until 2000. Peterson is an alumnus of the University of Washington and is known for his work with Sub Pop records. He published the collection Screaming Life: A Chronicle of the Seattle Music Scene.

Rex Rystedt photographed for The Rocket from 1980 to 1994. Rex Rystedt is an award-winning photographer who has shot musicians such as Mick Jagger and Iggy Pop.

Karen Moskowitz

Moskowitz photographed for The Rocket from 1983 to 1997. Karen Moskowitz served as photo editor of The Rocket. She is a nationally recognized, award-winning artist who currently works in Seattle.

Kristine Larsen

Larsen worked with The Rocket from 1980 to 1992, and served as photo editor. Her work often focused on everyday people for stories such as “Seattle Nocturne” or “Men Who Sell Ties.”
