- Break your question down into parts:
- What is your patient population?
- What is the intervention?
- What is the comparison, or alternative to the intervention?
- What is the expected outcome?
- Search with keywords:
- If you have too many results, try including quotations around concepts to create search phrases [example: "airway management"]
- Try adding limits to your search strategy:
- Limit by English language articles, publication date, type of article, age group, etc.
