Persian Resources: Encyclopaedias

This guide emphasizes materials in Persian or materials relevant to the Persian world that require explanations.

Encyclopaedia Iranica

The primary encyclopaedia for the Persian world is the Encyclopaedia Iranica.  It is being published gradually.  As of August, 2009, it has reached around the letter "L".
