Please include both of these forms in your project.  A interview release form should be signed by every person you intervierw.

You may use this letter to inform prosepctive interviewees about the Community History Project.

When you have completed your project, please m fill out this form and provide some information about your oral history.

Transcribe is a transcription tool that can be used to more efficiently create transcripts from audio. With a subscription, users can upload audio and begin transcribing. Auto-transcription is available at  $6 / audio hour.

Please use these templates when putting together the final version of your project, which will be donated to and stored in the Library.  Here are a few notes about templates:

• The areas you must fill out/modify are in brackets.
• Please do not modify the font or formatting in the documents.
• Please save the documents in the orginal file format (.rtf or Rich Text Format)
