Please include both of these forms in your project.  A interview release form should be signed by every person you intervierw.

You may use this letter to inform prosepctive interviewees about the Community History Project.

When you have completed your project, please m fill out this form and provide some information about your oral history.

Otter.ai is a digital tool that automatically generates transcripts from audio and video files. Transcriptions of up to 3 files and 600 minutes/month are free. Transcripts will need to be read and corrected for accuracy.

Transcribe is a transcription tool that can be used to more efficiently create transcripts from audio. With a subscription, users can upload audio and begin transcribing. Auto-transcription is available at  $6 / audio hour.

Please use these templates when putting together the final version of your project, which will be donated to and stored in the Library.  Here are a few notes about templates:
