How to Set Up a Search Alert for Google Scholar

  1. Conduct a search in Google Scholar.
  2. Click the envelope icon in the sidebar of the search results page.
  3. Enter your email address.
  4. Click "Create alert". 
  5. Google Scholar will then periodically email you newly published papers that match your search criteria set up in step 1.
