I'm interested in animal studies of extensively drug resistant tuberculosis, sometimes referred to as XDR-TB.

1. First I can search for the concept of extensively drug resistant tuberculosis.  I know that some articles talk about "extensively drug resistant or multiple drug resistant tuberculosis," so I decide to search for any mention of "extensively drug resistant" and any mention of tuberculosis.

("extensively drug resistant OR xdr) AND (tuberculosis OR tb)

This search retrieved 2367 references.

2. Filters on the left help me focus my search. 

Under the "Species" filter, I can limit the search results to non-human studies by clicking on "Other Animals."

This narrows my search results to 190 references, 187 of which are written in English.

Many of these references are primary literature, but some of them are review articles.
