The University of Washington offers many educational resources, programs and training for health science students and clinicians interested in learning more about best practices in patient safety and health care quality control.
- Certificate in Patient Safety and QualityThe Certificate Program in Patient Safety and Quality is an innovative training opportunity run jointly by Seattle Children's Hospital and the UW Medicine Center for Patient Care Quality and Safety. Front-line clinicians develop the skills and knowledge to identify gaps and propose solutions to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of care delivery and strengthen the provider-patient relationship.
