Seattle Sounds Archiving Project (SSAP): Welcome

Seattle Sounds aims to preserve, promote, and share deep archival cuts from the city and region's many musics and sounds.

About

The Seattle Sounds Archiving Project (SSAP) preserves a cross section of Seattle and Puget Sound area music. First established in 2008, SSAP also provides researchers, scholars, and fans with access to a selection of these published and unpublished recordings. In conjunction with this, the project's curator, John Vallier, offers a course on Seattle area music. To learn more about the collections or the course, contact the curator.
