"Thursdays with K-content" was a series on the Tateuchi East Asia Library's Facebook page. From October 2023 to June 2024, a total of 28 posts were uploaded with the goal of introducing Korean society and history through various genres of art. The first series, titled "Lines & Frames," focused on a different theme each week and introduced 9 Korean poems and movies related to that theme. The subsequent series, called "Novels & Music," featured 9 Korean novels and music pieces, with each week focusing on different keywords. Lastly, the third series, titled "Plays & Paintings," took users through the plots of 4 representative modern Korean plays, each spanning a period of three weeks. It also provided an opportunity to appreciate Korean art pieces that had similar themes. This content was posted by Youkyung Sung, the 6th Korea Foundation Visiting Librarian at TEAL.
