How to access TERIS.

TERIS (Teratogen Information System)

What is TERIS?

TERIS provides expert guidance on the pregnancy risks of medications and other environmental exposures including infections and vaccines. Husky OnNet is required for off-campus access.

How do I access TERIS?

While Off Campus

  1. Connect to the UW via Husky OnNet. 
    • The server must be set to All Internet Traffic. 
  2. Click to open the TERIS login page. 
  3. Click on Login as UW Health Sciences Library on the right (this login will not be an option unless you are within our IP range via Husky On Net or by being on campus)
  4. Browse TERIS Agents or Shepard's Catalog. 

While On Campus

  1. Click to open the TERIS Login page. 
  2. Click on Login as UW Health Sciences Library on the right (this login will not be an option unless you are within our IP range by being on campus or via Husky On Net)
  3. Browse TERIS Agents or Shepard's Catalog.
