Research Guides
Over 3,200 World War II radio news programs from the Milo Ryan Phonoarchive are now available for listening on the UW Seattle campus (contact the curator to make an appointment). These 750 hours of recordings stretch from January 1939 to October 1945 and form the core of the Phonoarchive. Many more hours of post-WWII recordings have also been digitized and can also be made available during your visit.
Thank you to the Kenneth S. and Faye G. Allen Library Endowment for supporting this work.
