What is Web of Science Core Collection?

A curated collection, Web of Science Core Collection contains over 21,100 peer-reviewed, high-quality scholarly journals published worldwide (including Open Access journals) in over 250 sciences, social sciences, and arts & humanities disciplines. Includes conference proceedings and book data.

The search defaults to searching all Editions within the Core Collection; you may change this by clicking on the Editions dropdown menu above the search box.

The U.S. National Library of Medicine's (NLM's) premier life sciences database. Due to the functionality of automatic term mapping, including MeSH terms, most librarians recommend searching MEDLINE via PubMed.
