Renewing Library Materials

Instructions

Extend the due date of materials you've checked out by renewing them online. Note: Renewals can also be made in person or by phone (425-352-5340). Laptops, Reserve items, and Interlibrary Loan items checked out from the Campus Library are non-renewable and subject to overdue fines.

1. Click Your Library Account button from the Campus Library homepage, or click on Your Library Account from the Quick Links menu found anywhere on the library's website.

You may be prompted to log in with your UW NetID.

2. Click on Renew All to renew all of your renewable items or click on Loans to view your list of active loans.

3. Check the box(es) left of the title(s) you would like to renew, then click Renew Selected. You can also click the Renew option to the right of each item(s) due date and location.

Tip: You may also renew all eligible active loans by selecting Renew All. 

4. Your renewal request results are shown.

Items ineligible for renewal

Not all loans are eligible for renewal.  If the item(s) is not eligible for renewal, "Not Renewable" will appear on the screen.  For more information, see Renewing Materials.
