• 한국콘텐츠진흥원 (Korea Creative Content Agency) As the umbrella government agency for Korea content industry promotion, KOCCA supports the production of content by genre in the area of broadcasting, games, music, fashion, animation, characters, cartoons, immersive content. KOCCA engages in planning, creative production, distrbution, overseas expansion fostering companies, talent training, research and development of culture technology, financial support and policy research for these content.

• 한국만화영상진흥원 (Korea Manhwa Contents Agency) Starting out as Bucheon Manhwa Information Center in 1998 in Bucheon-si, KOMACON established in 2009 with the support of the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism and Gyeonggi Province. It has Manhwa visual contents industry cluster, where more than 500 Manhwa artists and more than 100 Manhwa compnies are located, such as Manhwa Business Center, Webtoon stratup Campus, Bucheon Manhwa Creation Studio. Every summer KOMACON hosts Bucheon International Comics Festivla, one of Asia's biggest Manhwa festivals.

They support creation of demand for publication, advancement of distribution, electronic publication and export of copyrights.
