Quick Tips for Library Sessions
Create a hard copy and/or digital handoutwith the key information, resources, and ideas you are covering in the lesson. Multiple ways of communicating information is a good thing.
Use examples that are likely to be understood across culture and geographywhen teaching topic and keyword development or search strategies. People, places, and events that are specifically American can confuse, distract, or intimidate.
Include a transcript or subtitles if you use video, whether during or outside of the class session.
