You may run into an error on your mobile device that states your password has expired. Here are the steps to address this issue; most of the process can be accomplished on mobile or desktop, although step 5 will require your mobile device.
- Go to DynaMedex
- Click on Micromedex in the upper right.
- Click on Mobile Application Access in the upper right of the new window that opened.
- Click on Micromedex Native Mobile Apps (Offline access, included with content subscription).
- Follow the instructions there on your mobile device.
