The UW Student Technology Loan Program (STLP) is currently supporting UW Seattle campus students during the COVID-19 pandemic. They offer a no-contact pick up service. Use their Equipment List to determine if they have audio equipment that would be useful for your project.
The UW Libraries has an electronic copy of Reality Radio: Telling True Stories in Sound. Take a look at the license terms. It's interesting to see what we, as academic library users, are allowed to do with the content of the book.
