E-Books at UW: E-Readers

Information on searching, accessing, and using e-books at the UW Libraries

Tips for E-Readers

The process of downloading and transferring e-books from the UW Library to e-readers is based on several factors, including:

  • Not all downloaded books are available to transfer to an e-reader
  • Transferring to an e-reader is dependent on the type of e-reader you have

Below are outlines for downloading to Kindle and NOOK.

For information on other e-readers, consult a UW library staff member or review the e-reader website.
