Collecting guidelines for Spanish & Portuguese Studies Materials at UW Libraries (Seattle)

Location of Materials

Suzzallo and Allen Libraries are the major locations for the Spanish and Portuguese language and literature collections in print.
Electronic resources may be found on the Spanish & Portuguese Studies guide and via UW Libraries Search.
Microform collections are in the Microforms-Newspapers Section.
There are some translated works (into English) and related titles in the Odegaard Undergraduate Library, Drama Library, Bothell and Tacoma libraries.
Rare books, manuscripts and unique collections may be found in Special Collections.
Specialized encyclopedias, dictionaries, concordances, and bibliographies may be located in the Reference Section in Suzzallo Library. We also have many relevant online reference tools.
DVDs (feature films and documentaries), and spoken word recordings (poetry, history, biography) are in the Media Center (Suzzallo Library, 3rd floor).
