Zotero: Adding References

Zotero provides the ability to save references from most library catalogs and databases. When Zotero detects that you are looking at a book or article in a catalog, database, or recognized website, you'll see a book, page, or folder icon appear in the address bar of your browser. Click on the icon and Zotero will save the citation.

Zotero is able to save the code for a webpage to view a snapshot from when you first accessed it.

Zotero is able to accept manual input for any source.

Zotero is able to search Google Scholar for the citation of a PDF you hold. You can also add citation information manually.

Zotero is able to import citations from common file formats such as BibTeX and RIS

for a Zoom consultation to learn more about using and choosing a citation tool.
