Cascadia New Student Checklist

1. Get your CC Student ID card.

Your Cascadia College Student ID card is also your library card! 

CC Student ID cards are issued in the Bock Learning Center in CC2-060.

2. Set up your Cascadia Network Account.

Your Cascadia Network Account is used for student e-mail, computer logins, Office365 applications, printing, and more. Your Cascadia Network Account is required to create a UW NetID.

Get help setting up your Cascadia Network Account from the Information Services Help Desk in CC2-171 or the Computing Help Desk in the Campus Library.

3. Set up your UW NetID.

UW NetIDs provides access to:

  • parking permits
  • your online library account
  • off-campus access to library databases
  • the library's online Study Room Reservation system

Note: You will need to wait about 24 hours after registering for classes before you will be able to create a NetID. Visit the Library's Computing Help Desk Log-ins page for more information.
