The Federal Register (FR) is a daily publication containing rules, proposed rules, notices of Federal agencies and organizations, notices of environmental impact statements, executive orders, and other presidential documents. It was first published in 1936.
Executive Order 11884, published in the Federal Register (40 FR 47469), modified the seal of the Vice President of the United States.
