Wellbeing Resources

  • Library Destress activities
    • The UWB/CC Library offers ways for students to manage stress during a busy time. Late Night Study events, snacks, crafts, and affirmations--keep an eye out for these events during midterms and finals week(s)!
  • The Husky Pantry (UWB) and Kodiak Cave (Cascadia) are both food resources for people experiencing food insecurity and offer grocery staples and hygiene products free of charge. 
  • HaWRC (Health and Wellness Resource Center), serving both UWB and CC students, is a one-stop hub connecting students with on-campus and community resources to help you thrive. 
  • The Whole U is a holistic wellness program that holds wellness-related events, provides on-demand workout classes and wellness talks as well as virtual, synchronous, and in-person options, and tips and resources for students managing their whole selves. Anyone with a HuskyNetID can access the Whole U.

Mental Health Resources

  • The Counseling Center staff provides various services to meet the needs of students, parents, faculty, and staff. The Counseling Center offers confidential, short-term mental health counseling to enrolled UWB and Cascadia students free of charge. 

  • The Violence Prevention & Advocacy (VPA) office offers advocacy services to all UW Bothell and Cascadia College students impacted by sexual assault, domestic violence, stalking, sexual harassment, and related experiences. This resource is free and available to currently enrolled UWB and Cascadia College students.
