Search EndNote Fields
You may search within a set of references (a group, a set of search results), or your whole library.
Search within PDF
In addition to specific fields, EndNote X5-X7 allows you to search within the text of PDFs for relevant information.
In the Tab Pane, select the Search Tab. Use the drop down menu to select what you would like to search: Any Field + PDF, just the PDFs, PDF Notes, etc.
