EndNote - Basic (Online) & Desktop

This guide contains information on the citation management tool EndNote. Content references both the Basic (Online/Free) version and the Desktop (Paid) version.

Create and Share Groups

Go to the Organize tab to create a New Group.

EndNote Basic Sharing Groups

Move existing references into a Group from the References tab.

 

After you invite people to your group you will have the option to check Read Only, or Read and Write privileges. Please note that you cannot share PDF"s when you share a group.
