Codex Alimentarius Commission
The Codex Alimentarius Commission was established by the FAO and WHO in 1963 to harmonise international food standards, guidelines, and codes of practice to protect the health of the consumers and ensure fair practices in the food trade. The Government Publications International Stacks have many Codex Alimentarius reports, which can be found by a UW Libraries Catalog search.
